"The first time that I talked to Jason Roy I had no idea what options were available to me. I was renting a place, had never been a home owner and was looking at purchasing half of the 3 bedroom condo that I was renting. I also did not think that I would get approved for a mortgage as I had only been out of school for a little over a year. But, with Jasons help and advice I was able to take my down payment and purchase what turned out to be a better condo of the same size. I now rent out the 2 extra bedrooms to have the same living arrangements as I would have had by splitting a condo. However, I own 100% of the equity and pay less per month than I was going to be with the split purchase.
