I also did not think that I would get approved for a mortgage as I had only been out of school for a little over a year. But, with Jasons help and advice I was able to take my down payment and purchase what turned out to be a better condo of the same size. I now rent out the 2 extra bedrooms to have the same living arrangements as I would have had by splitting a condo.
